A superb day sunshine all the way, an excellent turnout over 24 bikes turned out and a couple joined on route.
The assembly point at Scotsdales as always proves an ideal central point with all the facilities we could require.
The route took us over one of the most picturesque routes in the area from Ickleton emerging somewhere opposite Audley End,
from there an steady amble through some of the beautiful villages that only Essex has to offer.
Passing The FOX at Finchingfield to the great relief of Mike and the wales of many we headed for
Gt Bardfield then onto our destination The Blue Egg on the Braintree road.
